Pascale Alpha is an award-winning leader in Public Relations, Communications, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), as well as Indigenous relations. With 24 years of dedicated service at CAE, culminating in the role of Chief Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer, Pascale launched Sea & Sky Consulting, a firm offering comprehensive support in Indigenous relations, DEI, and strategic communications.

Pascale contributes her expertise to various boards and is frequently sought after by international forums and conferences as a keynote speaker and panelist. She was recognized as one of Canada’s Top 10 DE&I Leaders by HR Manage Magazine in 2023. Her accolades include multiple awards of excellence from the Canadian Public Relations Society and the Société québécoise des professionnels en relations publiques.
