Biography A Leader at Ease with Ambiguity

Born in Ireland, Quentin O’Mahony has over 25 years of professional experience across the aviation industry. As the Operations Leader Central Europe in Amsterdam, Netherlands, his mission is to deliver high-quality, customer-focused flight training programs while inspiring the next generation of global leaders. His career began after he travelled the globe by the age of 8, sparking a lifelong passion for aircraft and airports. After completing his MBA at McGill University in 2010, Quentin joined CAE in Montreal and became an expert in joint ventures.

Quentin has built a strong background in the Asia Pacific region, managing multiple joint ventures and partnerships with leading airlines and aviation authorities. He is a trained mediator from the Justice Institute of British Columbia and leverages his expertise in ambiguity management and cultural dynamics to inspire his teams and navigate complex business environments. Outside of his professional life, Quentin is an accomplished soccer referee, having officiated both professionally and as a hobby across multiple countries.
