Each participant tackles a tangible business issue with day-to-day relevance for their work.
The participant refines her understanding of the organization’s strategic orientations, identifies a compelling issue to resolve, and adjusts her angle of approach to deliver transversal solutions.
She engages in conversations all across the organization to deepen her understanding of the business ecosystem, circulates ideas, and builds lasting cross-sectoral connections.
She formulates and presents a clear solution to influential people, contextualizes her team’s impact, and liaises with key players to move the organization forward.
