With a robust background in HR, Corporate Strategy, Talent Management, and Global Innovation, Akanksha has successfully spearheaded high-impact transformation projects, mergers, and change management initiatives. She inspires her team to deliver best-in-class recruitment processes, enhancing the experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Akanksha moved to Canada in 2009 after completing her MBA at Strathclyde Business School in Scotland. Prior to her MBA, she held several roles in the Banking and Financial Industry. Beyond her professional role, she is deeply committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion. She actively supports newcomers and equity-deserving groups through her volunteer work with TRIEC (Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council) and ACCES Employment, mentoring immigrants and fostering a more inclusive Canadian workforce.
