Doug Cai has built an impressive 20+ year career in the aviation and aerospace industries. Currently based in Shanghai, he has held key strategic roles at major global companies like Bombardier and Pratt & Whitney, and since 2020, he has been Country Head for CAE. His expertise spans areas like organizational strategy and business development.

Doug is a lifelong learner. He holds multiple degrees in business, management, and leadership, and is currently furthering his education at the prestigious China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). As a leader, Doug brings a unique perspective as a strong ally for women’s ambition in Asia.
