Teresa Pagnotta serves as the Regional President of Personal Banking for Quebec and Eastern Ontario at BMO, where she oversees a team of professionals dedicated to serving clients across BMO’s network. With over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, Teresa has held various leadership roles, driving accelerated growth strategies while enhancing employee engagement and customer satisfaction. Her journey at BMO began in 2006 as an Assistant Branch Manager, and she quickly rose through the ranks, demonstrating a remarkable ability to lead teams and deliver exceptional results in both Quebec and Ontario.

Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Concordia University and is deeply committed to promoting diversity and inclusion. She actively participates in the BMO Women’s Alliance and has served on BMO’s Diversity and Inclusion committee. Beyond her professional role, Teresa is passionate about giving back to her community, contributing to organizations such as the United Way and the Abrigo Centre. An avid runner, soccer enthusiast, and traveler, Teresa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends.
