Alexis Gardy combines leisure and finance just as he bridges France and Canada, his two homelands. His expertise, honed in France, has enabled him to drive progress across various sectors, including tourism, both in Europe and on an international scale.
Ambition Challenge
After more than 10 years as a Senior Partner at Roland Berger in Paris, where he managed and developed the Tourism and Leisure Competence Center on a global scale, Alexis Gardy made the move to Canada in 2012. There, he established Roland Berger’s 50th office and successfully led its growth for seven years, building strong relationships with the Boards and Executive Teams of major Canadian companies such as Hydro-Québec, Énergir, Transat, VIA Rail, and Montreal Airport
At the same time, Alexis Gardy developed deep expertise in the Transport and Tourism sectors, focusing on areas such as growth strategy implementation, product repositioning, restructuring, and cost optimization. Since 2021, he has been serving as President of Belambra, the leading holiday club operator in France, with 52 destinations and over 9,000 accommodations across the country.
