Ritu Ahuja’s career journey spans multiple countries and disciplines, rooted in her strong foundation in chemistry. After earning a Ph.D. in the field, she expanded her expertise through post-doctoral research in the United States and Germany. Her return to India marked the beginning of a successful industrial career, starting with roles at DOW Chemicals and Reliance Petrochemicals. In 2012, Ritu joined Solvay, where her leadership and deep technical expertise in research and development flourished. After six years in India, she relocated to Singapore, where she currently manages R&D activities for Syensqo’s agricultural business across the Asia Pacific region, while also overseeing projects in India.

Ritu’s leadership is characterized by her strategic vision, cross-functional expertise, and commitment to continuous learning. In addition to her technical achievements, she recently completed an MBA, demonstrating her drive for professional growth.
