Alexandra Schwarz leads FinDev Canada’s legal, HR, business integrity and corporate affairs functions and plays a key role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction. With nearly 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, Alexandra provides strategic legal and business advice on a wide range of matters, including in relation to FinDev Canada’s financing and investment operations, advisory support services, reputational risk, stakeholder relations, and corporate governance.She is a member of the Investment Committee, the Chair of the HR Management Committee and the executive sponsor of the Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Committee.
