Cofounder of The A Effect Isabelle Hudon has demonstrated determination that knows no boundaries. One action per day to propel women’s ambition and accelerate change, this is the challenge she takes up daily and the movement by which she rallies political and business leaders.

Isabelle learned early how important it was to surround herself with good people to support, advise, and even confront her. A daring pioneer of female leadership, she is the first woman to serve as Ambassador of Canada to France. Her journey previously led her to the directorships of numerous institutions, including the Chamber of Commerce of Metropolitan Montreal and Sun Life Financial Quebec.
